SHOOTING CONSIDERATION/RULES
We will be using electronic scoring, so each archer MUST have a unique email (login only) and cell phone number. This is to allow everyone to be in the system, no matter which archer will be scoring.
Equipment must meet FITA rules, with arrows having a diameter of 9.3 mm or less. We will follow USA Archery dress code.
We will shoot two rounds of 30 arrows for each day. We will be following USA Archery’s ruling on timing for the tournament.
Archers will be assigned a target and will be grouped with others for group scoring. Archers should be familiar with tournament scoring. No sky-drawing. Non-archers (including coaches and parents) are not allowed down-range without specific permission from the Tournament Director.
OVERVIEW
The West Michigan Archery Center (WMAC) is an archery education and practice center, focused on introducing people to the sport of archery, and on developing fundamental and advanced archery skills for archers in West Michigan and beyond.
