Thank you for your interest in photographing the Meijer State Games of Michigan. We rely on the support of volunteer photographers to capture the Games and have received some incredible photographs over the years. I do hereby grant permission to the Meijer State Games of Michigan and West Michigan Sports Commission to create, copy, reproduce, exhibit, publish, or distribute my image, artwork, creation, video, photos, and/or entry to be submitted as part of the online promotion on official web sites or other web pages, print or other media. I understand that the above uses may include, but are not limited to, videotapes, photographs, websites, multimedia programs or other types of promotional medium existing now or in the future. I further understand that by granting this permission I am giving up all rights and claims to monetary compensation for any future use of this material by the Meijer State Games of Michigan and West Michigan Sports Commission. A parent or guardian signing is doing so individually and on behalf of the minor and grants all permissions.
