Snowshoeing
Sprint your way through the snow and race to the finish in our Snowshoe event during the 2023 Winter Games! This event welcomes all athletes and will feature participants from Special Olympics Michigan! All participants are also welcome to attend our Opening Ceremony at Marquette Mountain. Due to lower than anticipated registration numbers and hosting capabilities, the snowshoe event has been cancelled. We appreciate everyone’s support, and still hope to see you at Opening Ceremony!

OPENING CEREMONY
Join us as we officially kick off the Winter Games in Marquette on Friday, February 10 at the Marquette Mountain Resort.
All athletes are welcome to attend and join the athlete parade. Opening Ceremony in Marquette is sponsored by Northern Michigan University.
