First Division
Before 6/5: $40.00 - Additional divisions: $20.00
Before 6/19: $50.00 - Additional divisions: $25.00
On-site: $60.00 - Additional divisions: $30.00
Kata -Cost per team
Before 6/5: $40.00 - Additional divisions: $20.00

Team Shiai - Cost per team
Men – Five Person - $60.00
Women – Three Person - $35.00
Team Registration will be on-site only. Team Players must be registered for individual Shiai or Kata

Eligibility & Event Information
All contestants must provide a valid U.S.J.F., U.S.J.A., or USA Judo card. Foreign contestants must have the proper ID from their home country.
You must present the primary membership card that shows the insurance coverage is current. If you do not present the membership card, you must purchase a membership card on site.
U.S.J.F., U.S.J.A. and USA Judo membership registration will be available at the tournament site.
Competition age is age as of June 27, 2020

WAIVER
Each athlete is required to print and sign a waiver. Waivers will be collected on-site. Do not send in waiver forms. (download)
NON-BLACK BELT CONSENT FORM
Any athlete that is not a black belt is required to have their instructor's permission in order to compete. The consent forms will be collected on-site along with the participation waiver. (download)
Awards
Meijer State Games of Michigan Summer Games medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in all divisions.
Spectator Fee
$5 per person

State Games of America
This event is a qualifying event for the 2022 State Games of America. Any athletes who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd has the opportunity to compete in the 2022 State Games of America hosted in Ames/Des Moines, IA.
