QUALIFICATIONS & DRESS:
Open to male and female participants. Wrestling experience is not required
Men- Swim trunks (not loose fitting), singlet
Women-swimsuit or workout attire suitable for beach wrestling (not loose fitting)
No club membership card required

WEIGHT CATEGORIES:
Participants will be grouped into 8 man brackets based on weight
Weigh in will be done at the time of registration to help determine "groups"
