WEIGHT CLASSES:

Women - 48, 53, 58, 63, 69, 75, 90, 90+
Men – 56, 62, 69, 77, 85, 94, 105, 105+

ORDER OF LIFTS: 

Snatch, Clean and Jerk. All weights used in kilograms. Weightlifting singlet and shoes required

AWARDS:

1st, 2nd, 3rd place medals in each weight class. Awards for top three men and women in Youth and Junior divisions on Sinclair bodyweight formula. Awards for top three men and women in Masters division based on combined Sinclair bodyweight formula times Malone-Meltzer age correction formula. Best overall Men's and Women's best lifter in open division based on Sinclair bodyweight formula. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

You must provide picture I.D. and provide proof that you are currently registered with USA Weightlifting. Register at usaweightlifting.org before completing  If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian complete your registration waiver.
